Inspired by the Brazilian drink of the same name [check it out if you haven’t- it’s delicious], we’ve turned this non-beer drink into beer. We started with a blonde ale base, added lactose sugar for body and sweetness and then aged the beer on whole lime puree for a brief period to extract not only the juice from the lime but a flavour from the peel and pith for additional complexity. 5% 473ml
