GODSPEED - Mine

Mine 峰 (meaning “mountain ridge” in Japanese, pronounced “min-eh”) is our no nonsense, classically rendered American-Style Pale Ale.

The first batch of this beer was inspired by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in all its Cascade-infused glory. This year’s rendition features Chinook and Centennial hops, which imbue the beer with notes of ruby red grapefruit, orange segments (like the ones you remember from soccer practice), a hint of stone fruit and pine. Like Pale Ales of old, ours finishes with the requisite balanced bitterness and its appearance features a gobsmacking amount of clarity by today’s standards. It’s balanced, simple, yet refined. Just the way we like it.
