TRUE HISTORY - Schaffer

The final beer on the lines and being served via stichfaß tomorrow will be Schäffler, our Exportbier. A beer Inspired by Augustiner's Edelstoff - truly one of the best beers in the world. The goal of Exportbier - or Export Helles - is to have a beer that drinks with the ease of a Helles, but also has a bit more character and a slightly higher ABV. Memories of drinking Edelstoff vom faß ("fresh from the barrel") in Munich are what we had in mind when we brewed this.
