The final pils is our Imperial Pils, Imperial meaning big (5.6%) and Pils meaning Pilsner (duh). Don't be scared of the big(ger) abv this beer is still as crushable as the rest. Brewed with Saaz and then lightly dry-hopped with a French hop called Triskel. Same as the other: natural carb, long ferment, longer conditioning.
