THIRD MOON - Serpent Tears

"Serpent Tears" is our 6.5% oatmeal stout brewed with a large amount of oats and a blend of dark specialty malts. It's smooth and provides easy drinking with a gentle roasty bitterness on the finish.

We love big, adjunct stouts but also find ourselves drawn to the roots of these big beers. We wanted to explore a non-adjunct moderate-strength stout that is designed to be consumed by the pint.
