Barrel Aged Maple Coffee Bestowed is a 13.5% Imperial Stout aged 16 months in Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and conditioned on maple and Ethiopian natural coffee from
@morningroastinc. We get sweet, dark maple syrup on the nose with earthy, roasty coffee notes. In the flavour, there's a dark chocolate base pouring in along with soft barrel notes and hints of char pulling everything into focus.
