Black Rain is a 13.5% Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout blended in collaboration with our friends from @brasseriesirjohn in Lachute, Quebec for our Halloween release! We blended a barrel of Bestowed aged 16 months in a Willett Barrel with Sir John's stout aged 24 months in a Buffalo Trace barrel. In this blend, we get playful notes of 50/50 milk/dark chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch and hints of dark berries.
