This pale coloured stout was brewed by the women of ExB for International Women’s Day 2023. We are continuing our IWD goddess theme naming her Ixcacao (eesh-cah-cow), in honour of the Mayan Goddess of Chocolate. Along with chocolate we added light roasted coffee from Las Chicas del Cafe, a female owned and operated coffee roaster.
