Lilac Wild Ale 2022 was prepared by layering our base wild ale (spontaneously fermented saison) with generous helpings of lilac in an aging barrel for three months. We've doubled the lilac contribution to this year's vintage, heightening the floral aroma and allowing hints of honey-tinged acidity to linger on the palate. 5.6% 750ml
