We've noticed that many of our friends' breweries to the east take a different approach to making hoppy Pale Ales. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThese Pale Ales are often dry-hopped at the same rate as their IPAs, although they are lower in alcohol. With Low Key, we have dry hopped it at a higher rate than even our heavily hopped IPAs, and made it with an ultra-pale base malt.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLow Key features several of our favourite hops, including Freestyle Riwaka, New Zealand Cascade, Tropical Fusion, and Superdelic.
