We wanted to brew something a little richer and more malt-forward to sip by the fire this Fall, and we are very pleased with how it turned out.
Long Sleeves was brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients. The hops in this beer come from VQH Farms in Southwestern Ontario and the malt is from Barn Owl Malt just north of Belleville.
This beer has a beautiful amber colour, with a toasty and biscuity flavour. It has a hint of sweetness balanced with just enough bitterness on the finish. Enjoy!
