This is the first version of Billy D with no additions to date. If you are a fan of neutral blended Lando this will be your jam. Billy D is an unblended barrel aged Lando. In this case it spent 26 months in barrel so we consider it to be "old" Lando. With notes of stone fruit, slate, earthy notes and a touch of herbal old hop bitterness which is balanced with a light acidity it is a perfect example of what our house culture can do in the right conditions.
