ROUGE RIVER - Rougetar

Rougetar IPA 473mL [6.5% alc./vol.)

Hopped with NZ Riwaka and a very exciting experimental variety: HBC-1019 of which we were only able to secure a single bag last year (it went into Cookin’ IPA for those that remember).

We get notes of lychee, orange creamsicle and pink grapefruit peel. A pretty unique hop, we are excited to experiment with our larger allotment of HBC1019 this year, so keep an eye out for it in future brews!
