REVEL CIDER - Blue Moon

Blue Moon is a blend of cider aged on blueberries and dark plums, with orange wine (Seyval Blanc) and Gewürztraminer.

Each dark fruit had a full year to macerate in cider, giving our native microflora ample time to feast.

What's it like? Blue moon is juicy and silky with a delicate funk. Ripe blueberries and sticky red plums flesh it out, with a soft, floral Gewürtz and lightly tannic Seyval Blanc.

Our native brettanomyces adds subtle notes of leather—but this is more fruit than funk.

Luminous, plush and the right kind of different, Blue Moon is one we'd stay up late for.
