Sanft (meaning: 'gentle') is our brewery's FIRST German Pilsner. Yes, you read that correctly... Crafted with specialty sourced German pilsner malt and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, Sanft features delicate floral and herbal character with a balanced helping of freshly baked bread. Our German Pilsner was lagered with patience for 10 weeks and naturally carbonated. Unfiltered, Hop-forward, and - yes - gentle as the name suggests.
