GODSPEED - Noka

Farmhouse beer styles can be linked to beer’s humble beginnings, brewed widely across Europe for special occasions, or simply everyday refreshment. Process and ingredients vary greatly, each recipe passed down like a family heirloom.

Nōka was built upon a foundation of pilsner, wheat and spelt malt, and finished with Saaz hops. It was then transferred to barrels, where it remained for months and was given new life with Brettanomyces. Finally, Nōka was patiently can-conditioned to give it the lift that only natural carbonation can provide.
