Aged in bourbon barrels for more than 18 months, we collaborated with our friends at Kingston's @juniper to choose a coffee blend that would add complexity and nuance to this beer. In the end, we decided on @Pilot’s signature Heritage blend, which offers soft chocolate and caramel notes, delivering a smooth and balanced imperial stout which is easy drinking with a lingering, comforting finish.
