BEERLAB! - Day and Night Lager

Next, in our Lager series is Day and Night. We played with a small percentage of malted oats in this grist, to see how they could lift the mouth feel. Classic Pilsner malt, noble hops and traditional lager yeast, help keep this lager grounded in our pursuit of lagers, the oats keep us pushing this style. Hits of fresh baked honey crackers, with a beautiful zesty lemon spice greet you, a fuller mouth feel but yet still very crispy on the palate.
