Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.

For this version of Dora we modified the grist to have more oats than we normally would! This should add more body and a slightly fuller mouthfeel. You tell us!

Hopped exclusively with Citra it is citrusy, soft, and papaya forward.
