Hypnosis is back and dialed up to a new level. For this version, we went all in on our absolute favourite varietal, using Nelson Sauvin five distinct ways: NZ Nelson, Freestyle Nelson, Freestyle Nelson Bliss, Eggers Nelson, and Nelson Hop Kief. Pouring a vibrant, pale yellow with a heavy milky haze and a sticky white head, this beer is an absolute saturation of the senses. The aroma explodes out of the glass with intense gooseberry, crushed green grape, and dank tropical citrus. On the palate, it’s remarkably pillowy and creamy, delivering a massive wave of Sauvignon Blanc wine notes, bright lime zest, and sweet, sticky resin. Despite the huge hop oil saturation, it closes out with an ultra-punchy, clean finish that leaves you craving the next sip.
