You know Messorem right? These guys are kicking ass right now in the international beer scene. Great people making great beer, we couldn’t say enough nice things about them. We made a TIPA together and it’s called FLAMES because it is straight up FLAMES. This TIPA packs a serious hoppy punch, loaded with some of the best New Zealand hops we've had the pleasure of brewing with. It pours thick with a dense, milky haze, bursting with candied citrus on the nose alongside sweet tropical fruit. The palate is incredibly soft and smooth, delivering flavours of creamy citrus gummies, pineapple punch and pithy orange. It finishes creamy and clean with a mild but present bitterness that keeps everything beautifully balanced.
