SONNEN HILL - Corn Saison

Corn Saison is a beer that we brewed with April 2023 with Owen from Passage Brewery. It was brewed using esma barley from Mississippi Mills Malt and raw white flint corn from K2 Milling. It was lightly hopped in the kettle with Quebec-grown hops and fermented and aged in stainless steel for 12 months with a mixed-culture. Before bottling, we blended in 10% oak-aged saison. This saison is super fresh, light and spritzy.
