Our first Nova Scotia collaboration, Gelato Sour Paloma was brewed with Stillwell Freehouse in Halifax. Additions of grapefruit, lime, salt and agave, this Gelato Sour emulates a paloma. It's easy-drinking, refreshing, and packed with flavour: sightly tart, slightly sweet, with a touch of salt.
