Ruby is a blend of mixed fermentation barrel-aged beers that we first rested on Gamay grape skins from Pearl Morissette, and then on heaps of red raspberries. Ruby reminds us of nostalgia-inducing fresh jam, but not at all sweet and a little tarter.
